Took my car in for it's first service. When the service technician was finished explaining what they had done, he asked if there was anything else they could do for me. I then asked if it was possible for someone to help me get the Navigation system set up in the car. He asked me to wait for a second while he went to find someone to help. He then introduced me to Adam, a salesperson. I told Adam that I am NOT a "techno person" . Adam was SO patient and helpful in getting the system set up on my RAV 4 and it only took a few minutes. I really appreciate what he did. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership, from the service dept to the cashier was so friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to do business there. Thank you

I didn't expect a non-Jeep dealer to be able to help me so much, but they addressed all my concerns! It was a great experience.

Went in for simple front brake pads replace/rotors machined. 5 minutes after I checked in I observed vehicle driven away off property and watched service bays for my vehicle from back lot area. My vehicle was never in any of the service bays and was returned to front parking area. Asked service advisor (Ryan) where they took my vehicle and he said all repairs are done on site.I observed service bays while waiting and my vehicle was never inside any of them. Wonder how many other repairs are being farmed out. Asked about whether Toyota brake pads were used and he checked part # and said they were Carquest pads. Told him reason I go to dealership was for Toyota techs AND parts. Most Toyota dealerships are proud of and tout their use of genuine Toyota parts. Apparently I got neither. Also told him that the engine check light was on, he said the tech,since he was the brake/ suspension guy, WOULD NOT HAVE PAID ANY ATTENTION TO IT. Unbelievable. DO NOT TRUST HELLMAN SERVICE. I believe a dealership is only as good as its' service dept. Who knows where they took my car or even if repair was done.

My wife and I went shopping on the Ford website and built our dream truck. Then we searched dealer inventories for our selection and failed to find an exact match. We pared down our choices to the most essential and searched again and again found nothing local. Neither of us wanted to order a custom truck from Ford for various reasons so we used the online search engine to hunt for the nearest truck that matched our criteria. It happened that we found our truck in Delta, Colorado at Hellman Motor Co. Unfortunately it was too far away for a dealer transfer so we got in touch with Hellman. From the start the salesman we worked with was professional and honest. He guided us through the things we would need to have in place in order to fly out and pick up the vehicle. To be honest, the whole thing was a little scary at first. The staff at Hellman put us at ease and worked with our concerns about the financial end of the transaction. The day we arrived in Grand Junction by air, a Hellman representative was waiting to drive us and our luggage to Delta. The truck was in perfect condition and exactly what we wanted and the terms were exactly as we had arranged. Many thanks to the folks that helped us out. I highly recommend Hellman Motor Co. They are a credit to their profession.
